High Protein/Low Carb Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
A recipe 4 years in the making, it's soft but chewy, like a regular pizza crust! With 35g of protein per crust it's a hearty and filling meal without the guilt! They are hand made to order by a single person, working in a completely gluten free, NYS health inspected kitchen, so size and shape may vary.
PRODUCT INFO
I use a custom blend of whey protein isolate, beef gelatin and bamboo fiber to achieve a bread like texture with a bit of chew and very low carb product. Each crust is only 4g of Net Carbs! Perfect product to have ready in the freezer to top and bake for a quick, delicious and filling low carb meal. Nutritional information provided with your order, along with cooking instructions!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Pizza Crusts are par baked fresh and perishable, so orders will be shipped frozen on Monday or Tuesday to ensure package arrives as fast as possible and won't get hung up on the weekends, to prolong freshness and shelf life. Please allow 1-3 Weeks for shipping. Once received, they will be thawed, you can place back into the freezer for up to a month or into the refrigerator for 2 Days. Freezing keto baked goods does not affect the product.
WEST COAST/SOUTHWEST STATES
My baked goods have 0 preservatives in them, they are baked and frozen right before shipping. If you choose Standard Business or 3 Day Select shipping it may take a week or more to arrive which means their shelf life is EXTREMLY shortened by the time of arrival. I greatly urge you to choose 2 Day Air, if you want fresh keto baked goods!!
